Communicating in academic English can be challenging. Academic writers and speakers need to identify and produce the main characteristics, structures and vocabulary in academic language. In this seminar we explore academic language and work with different ways of describing and using such language. These investigations show the inseparability of grammar and vocabulary. Participants will be equipped to use a wider and more varied range of academic language.
